Hi

The central heating system in part of our offices does not work as well as it should and the staff who work in that part of the building are all sat with their coats on today.

The temperature showing on the thermometer is 16 degrees centigrade – that’s at midday. It was colder earlier on but I had to go and buy a thermometer.

There is no room elswhere for them. Should I send them home and if so would this be with or without pay?

Any help would be appreciated.
