We are looking to replace our current paper based appraisal system with an online system that will enable us to assess performance and identify training needs. I am looking for something competitively priced that has the flexibility to change as we develop the system. It also has to have comprehensive management reporting. We are NOT replacing the face to face element of the process as we consider this to be key.

Finally, I’d be interested to know whether anybody has successfully used any questionnaire systems such as Survey Monkey for this purpose and whether it presents a viable (and more economical) solution?
