My company is looking at possibly implementing a flexible benefits scheme for our employees. I’m told there are some web-based products available which take away the administrative burden of the schemes but I’m finding it difficult to identify companies which provide them. The idea is to use the companies Intranet so that employees can administer their own benefits and have the information passed directly to other HR systems such as payroll, databases and maybe external benefits providers.

I’ve managed to find one called Gissings who offer a service called ‘Gissings Select’ but I’d like to evaluate at least three products to see which one best suits our business. Does anyone know of any companies that offer something along these lines?
