I have been with my present company for 3 years. I have never had a contract of employment. My current manager is leaving and my new manager wants to issue me with a contract of employment, however, it in no way matches what I was employed to do and also takes away from me the flexitime which I enjoy. Do I have any rights e.g. can I refuse to sign or accept this new contract?
