As part of my MSc in Organisational Behaviour I am looking at Organisational Culture and measuring whether interventions are successful or rather how do we know when we are successful? I would be interested in anyone that is aware of academic papers or research in this area. In addition, has your organisation ever tried to change its culture? How did you go about it, what did you set as the success criteria? Did it work?
