Outsourcing Employment References

We are interested in outsourcing our employment referencing procedure for new employees and would welcome any suggestions on providers.

We are keen to make our references more robust, I appreciate this is difficult as there is a limited amount of information people will provide, but have though about looking at CRB checks etc.

Any words of wisdom on previous experiences would be very welcome.
