We are looking to move some of our employees from being paid hourly to being paid an annual salary.

As part of this we will buy out their overtime payment, but will still need to pay some additional money where we have part time employees covering vacancies or long term sickness, i.e. they are contracted to work 3.5 hours a day but actually work an addtional 3.5 house.

Does anyone have a similar policy and if so some wording we could use?
