We have a member of staff who wants to take off 6 seperate weeks of parental leave (not in 6 week block). She qualifies to do this and we do not have contracts that cover this, so we are using the set up from the government.
My question is, is it a maximum of 4 weeks per child per year or is it just a maximum of 4 weeks despite how many children qualify.
