Just checking really. My company doesn’t pro rata bank holidays, if they fall on a day you work you get them, if you don’t then you lose out. My Mum however is in a company where they are saying that pro rata Bank holidays is the law.

Can someone please advise,I am fairly new to HR and would like to be able to offer Mum some advice
