Hi. I can’t find a clear answer to this question however i would like to know if part time employees (who work Tues-Thurs) are entitled to take extra days ti make up for not working on bank holiday?
They already get more than statutory entitlement (getting 25 days pro ratad) but because they don’t work on Mondays, they believe they should be able to take the bank hols on Tuesdays instead?
