We are about to take on a person who will work part time (3 days a week) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She has asked how we will ensure she benefits from bank holidays, and to be honest I am not sure. As bank hols fall on Mondays and this is not a normal working day for her, what is the usual thing to do in these circumstances? I’d really appreciate some opinions here. Thank you.
