If a member of staff works 17.5 hours over five days per week and is off for one week, their absence is recorded as five days lost. If another employee works 17.5 hours per week over three days and is off for one week, their absence is recorded as three days lost even though the same amount of working time has essentially been lost. Therefore employee 1 will exhaust their OSP much quicker than employee 2.
How do you record this?!
