We are a relatively large organisation (8000+ employees)with 5 different payroll frequencies. I have been challenged with looking into the implications and processes involved with harmonisation into just 2 payrolls – weekly and monthly. Initially we want to realign those employees who are paid four-weekly onto a monthly payroll.
Does anyone have any advice of this and know of the benefits and the pit-falls I need to be aware of.
