We are trying to get some consistency in our remuneration packages and was wondering if anyone would care to share their policy or tools they may be using to help determine what they pay staff?

We are hoping to end up with a scale that takes into account things such as qualifications, competency, job scope, length of service, attitude and location.

At the moment individual reward seems to be subject to the relationship with the manager and we really want to formalise our process.
