Payroll providers required

I am investigating whether there are any companies who provide payroll services within and outside of the UK.

I am finding it difficult to find providers who can manage and provide payroll services across Europe Middle East and Africa.

I would be grateful if anyone could offer some guidance or has any knowledge that woud be helpful in this area.
