Hello fellow HRZoners!

I’m doing some work on finding case studies and or white papers that show any direct links from employee well being, stress, voice and performance (or ROI).

I’ve got plenty of anecdotal stuff but am really looking for some example with numbers – have a few but want to see what’s proven and what’s just assumed.

In particular would be interested in hooking up with anyone else who is researching similar themes.
