I am basing my CIPD Management Report on my organisations Performance Management System and would like to compare it with another from a similar business area. We are a Housing Association, operating in the not-for-profit sector and currently employ 570+ employees.

I am concentrating on the use of the System for Appraisals/Development Reviews and am particularly interested in competency framework-based models although all contributions would be greatly appreciated.
