I am in the process of implementing a new performance management system and have been trying to work out what types of performance measures to use to evaluate the how the system ‘adds value’ to the organisation. If anyone has examples of the types of added value performance measures they use to make the business case for:
1. evaluating the implementation of the system
2. evaluate the ongoing value of the system.
I would be most grateful.
