Does anyone have any experience of introducing a performance management system into a small software company. The company is young and innovative in it’s product set, however when trying to research performance management schemes it seems much of the information is relative to large companies. Because of the nature of our size and products we want to introduce a performance management scheme that does not pigeon hole people into distinct areas of working, also preventing the scheme becoming too bulky and beaurocratic.
Any experience or pointers would be appreciated.
