We are an SME with 150 people and have our first retiree at the end of this year. I’ve been innundated with demands for clocks, pensions counselling, courses on retirement, tax advice, signed photos of the chairman etc. I dont have the time to write a policy and wondered if anyone had one appropriate for a company of our size that I could modify?
