I’m in the process of writing an incentive programme for staff and want to ensure that there is no reward in place for staff whilst on disciplinary sanction.(Within a set time period.)
I’m nervous about being seen as potentially taking what could be seen as ‘wages’ and being unfair as an employer.
I want to achieve the following:
– an undesired behaviour deterrent
– prevention of any positive reinforcement whilst disciplinary sanction is in place, for an agreed period of time.
Can anyone help or advise as to the wording and /or principle that I’m trying to achieve?
