Psychometrics – requirement to sit in?

Is it a requirement to sit in the room when you are testing candidates?
Do SHL specify this?

I was disagreeing with a colleague, I wasn’t aware of any requirement so long as the observations log was accurate and you were confident no cheating was occurring ie. you visibly checked (perhaps through the glass) every so often. My colleague said SHL specify it.
