I’m looking at ways of structuring our reward function as our company expands worldwide, and I’m interested in how many staff there usually are in a business area before it needs its own reward specialist.

At the moment we have one reward head globally (me!), based in the UK, with around 1200 people in the UK and 900 overseas (including 250 in the US and 200 in Malaysia). Our bigger overseas markets have one or more HR generalists each.

Can anyone help with information on how Reward is structured at their own company?
