I am trying to compile some figures to show the cost to the company of our labour turnover. What does recruitment and retention cost in terms of advertising, training, admin etc. Does anyone have a calculation procedure they would be willing to share with me. I know the CIPD average figures but would like to determine an accurate (or as accurate) view of our own costs benchmarked against this. I will then proceed to communicate these costs to management in an effort to reduce retention issues.
