Hope you can help. I am delivering a recruitment interviewing skills course shortly. That’s not a problem. However the client has asked for a brief coverage of telephone screening and skype interviews. Does anyone have any tips on implementing/what to look out for re – these two areas? I envisage developing a couple of slides around tips and techniques in these araes.
