Apologies if this duplicates other requests/responses; but I have tried to track down the relevant thread(s) will no success.
I have been asked to provide the Company with costings of how much we would need to pay out if we made in excess of 150 of our employees redundant.
I have seen mention of redundancy calculator spreadsheets on this and other forums – but I cannot find one that is appropriate.
The DTI example I am aware of – but I don’t want to spend the time inputting the details of 150+ employees one-by-one!
I also need one that will calculate the age and length of service from the DoB and D0J; to save time and effort again. The other issue is that as a Company we do not use the statutory weekly pay cap, and use actual weekly pay, so I need a calculator where I configure the details.
Can anyone advise me where I can get such a thing? I would be grateful for any advice.
