I was made redundant last week along with my whole team and some HR people (mine was the training team).
Question is that whilst the severance deal is very generous, I have been asked to return my company phone “now” whilst others are allowed to keep it until end of the year?

I was there 2 years; the redundancy is effective 31 October. Surely, legally, I should be able to keep it until then at least?
