Hello There – this is a question not only for myself but for my 9 colleagues. We work for a registered charity and face a real threat of closure due to lack of funding.

However, if the worst happens and we are made redundant, my company has no money at all to pay us for the statutory notice period let alone any redundancy payments. On top of this we are owed performance related pay, cost of living rises and various other payments.

Does anyone know what we should do?
