A Sikh lady has been employed in a female dominated workplace for over 7 years. The company have a vacancy and the best candidate is a male. The sikh lady will not be able to work alongside the male due to her religious and cultural belief.She is expressly forbidden to have contact with males outside her family. If they employ the male she will leave her job. What would the solution be ?
