We are currently offering up the value of 3-months salary plus assistance with stamp duty and mortgate payments to facilitate the relocation of several divisions outside London to a greenfield site some 170 miles from their current location. Due to the house price differentials, we may have to rethink the package. Does anyone have experience of offering generous relocation packages above the £8K IR guidelines??
