I am drafting a new relocation policy and we want to look at it on a case by case basis before offering relocation assistance.

Do any other organisations have a similar policy and if so, how do you determine when to offer relocation assistance and what are the financial constraints? Do you provide the assistance in house or do you use an external mobility organisation?
