We are looking for advice on relocation and expatriation issues. We need to send experienced managers to different parts of the world. We are also considering recruiting an hr person with that sort of experience who can help us with this, as our requirements are predicted to grow.
What should we look out for? What sort of consultants should we approach? What packages are normal? What sort of pre-departure training should be given. What else do we need to consider?
