Resign After Suspension

Hi,

I have a little confusion what i should do?

I have been Suspended from the job until next Disciplinary Hearing , is it possible i may Resign now Before the Disciplinary Hearing takes place, to save my JOb Refrence for this employment .

I have a fear that i might be Sacked for the breach of procedures.

You help and advise will be appreciated.
