I’m currently looking into the needs of our organisation regarding restrictive covenants. I’m thinking about how we can make it more applicable to different groups of individuals.
Has anyone else undertaken a review of their covenants and whether different groups of staff require different levels? Do you have any tips on possible categories of staff for this purpose?
