I have been through a redundancy consultation period. My stage 3 meeting was yesterday, i refused the newly created position as the salary did not reflect the job, a point that I raised during my stage 2 meeting. I took the redundancy option. Today whilst searching for work I have seen my company has advertised the position through a recruitment agency for £3000 more than the maximum stated throughout my consultation period. I was told the salary was not negotiable. Where do I stand?
