A member of staff is due to go on maternity leave at the end of leave year, she has indicated that when she returns to work she wants to come back part time. We pay staff six weeks at 90%, twelve weeks at half pay plus maternity benifit and then mat benifit if they chose to stay on maternity leave. My question is, if the staff member requests to start back on a part time basis, when is her leave entitlement recalculated from.
