I am conducting a review of job/position titles in a large multilateral organization. The catalyst for this is a review of the employment of senior non-managerial specialists. This has highlighted the need to look at job titles generally. The wider issues also involve how we manage our knowledge assets and shift some cultural attachments around tiltes and status.
