As a Business we currently have some Succession Planning and Career Development processes in place. We however recognise the need to review our current practices in line with changes within the organisation and are currently reviewing potential ways forward.
Does anyone have experiences of Succession Planning and Career Management processes within their own organisation which they would be able to share or discuss.Highlighting areas of success and also areas which have not been successful which we could learn from.
