I have decided I would like to move to a new role. I have worked in my current HR Advisor post within the Public Sector for 6 years, however I feel I have plateaued and achieved all I can in this role. I am in need of some advice on how to approach reviewing my CV?
What are recruiters looking for in a HR CV? What are your top tips for a stand out HR Advisor level CV?
What is the expected structure? Two pages, key skills, job history, education.
Do I need to put a personal profile on it?
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks
