I am currently trying to revise our existing Training Policy which is very basic. As an electrical engineering company training is essential and as our company is looking to grow we cannot always supply the training each member of staff wants e.g. HNC’s etc. Does anyone have a policy that states that if you pay for the training but if you pass you get the money back, not only is an incentive but we benfit as a company, a member of staff with a desired qualification.
Anyone else had experience of this nature?
