I have been diagnosed with RSI, this was bought about through my job.
My company now wish to change my position in the company.
At present i am a Junior Manager but highly rated and likely to be promoted shortly. In the role offered i will have little if any room for promotion.

Am i entitled to the use of an occupational health therapist funded by the company?
Can the company ‘force’ a change in my position upon me?
does the employment law protect my current job and should the company seek to adapt my current role in order to retain me in the same position?

If the company do put me into another role can they change my company pay and benefits?
