I have had a number of staff ask if they could take time off work for periods of 6 months or more. I am therefore looking at proposing a sabattical policy to the Board. Does anyone have such a policy covering absence from work for such a long period. I am particularly interested in affects to terms and conditions of employment (benefits) over this period.
