Does anyone have a sample of a policy on protection of staff from Physical violence. We have mobile staff that are required to go to areas that have high incidents of muggings etc and are looking for a sample policy giving guidance on how not to endangering themselves etc.
I have looked in the CIPD library but everything there is about support after the event and not on prevention.
