SAP Implmentation – and not just in HR

I have just started a project looking at the people implications of SAP implementation for a large retailer with 1700 sites and 17000 employees.

This is at the early stages, does anyone have any advice about how to approach change projects related to SAP implemenation or is there anyone who has been involved in SAP implemenation who I could contact directly
