The company i work for has only ever done one stage of interviewing and then made their choices. I’m very pleased they have taken my idea on board to conduct a 2nd stage but i now have to provide them with a workable structure/ plan for them.
I would like to base the 2nd interview around situational based tasks e.g. 3 which the candidate would have to describe what, how and why, aswell as the outcome.
I’d be really interested to know what structure others prefer and any tips you think i can pass on to the recruiting manager?
