Self Analysis Tool – ‘Johann Window’

I am working with international teams and we want to carry out some Self Analysis exercises for Managers/Directors (get them to take a long, hard look at themselves). My boss used to swear by something called ‘Johann Window’ – does anyone have any information about it or know a man who does? Thanks, Collette Noble
