Having worked with self-managed teams in the past and seen the pros and cons in action I would be keen to hear what current thinking is on the topic. We’re considering this as an option for a reorganisation of our management structures and I’d appreciate any advice on its application or implementation, especially from anyone who’s tried it or is currently using the model.
