Senior Management Development

I am looking for info on development tools/training aimed at senior management and director level in an Engineering and construction based firm. I have been tasked with pulling together a programme of training courses aimed at developing a suitable skill set for this level.

Any advice on useful organisations or books or training providers etc would be gratefully received.
