I have recently joined a new company and one of my tasks is to review how Managers set their staff goals/targets for the coming 6 months to a year. Once reviewed I must then train the managers on how to do this correctly.
Can anyone provide me with any suggestions on how to tackle this issue and maybe share how they do this within thier company and if anyone has a training course which they find useful and would be able to share also.
