Two organisations are considering coming together to share secretarial resources. They will retain their separate identities and continue as such but a new umbrella organisation will be formed to house the secretarial resources with a view that other similar organisations may join in due course to access this resource. All these orgs will pay a fee to access the resource.

Both existing organisations have existing personnel in some of the roles that we have identified within the new structure for this resource so some redundancies will occur – new j/ds and an applictaion process are being developed. One of the organisations will also need to move location. Do the new TUPE rules apply in any way? Any other advice welcome
